Decided to ring the bank yesterday to see how the valuations came back and when we would likely see the unconditional approval.
Valuations have come back fine and the after the clerk has gone through the checklist and signs of we should receive unconditional approval by Wednesday morning at the latest.
We have also set settlement on the block for the 1st May. Things are now progressing reasonably well which is a huge relief.

- We are building our first home in Freeling SA, where McLeods Daughters was filmed. So far we have had some issues that have been very annoying to get our heads around. After a slow start with the administration side of the build, we are now gathering some pace. The slab has been down about 4 weeks and we already have a roof finished and bricks have started.
